These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites getroyalpay.com and royalpaymentsolutions.com and of the RoyalPay sandbox (together, the “Site”), operated by Royal Payment Solutions, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Mexico, USA (“we”, “us”). RoyalPay is our brand. By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Site is and is not
The Site presents a software product in prelaunch and a sandbox (demonstration environment). We do not provide banking, deposit, payment, electronic money, currency exchange, card or any other financial service, and we do not accept, hold or transmit funds. Accounts, IBANs, balances, cards, top ups, exchange rates and transactions in the sandbox are simulated, have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or used outside the sandbox. Sandbox IBANs are intentionally invalid and cannot receive money. Never send real money in connection with the sandbox.
2. No offer, no advice
Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation of financial services or investments, or financial, legal or tax advice. If we launch services, they will be provided by licensed partner institutions under separate agreements, and the provider will be named in those agreements and on our Disclosures page.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential; we recommend enabling two factor authentication. One account per person. Use only test data in the sandbox: do not enter real identity document numbers, payment card numbers or other people’s data. We may suspend, reset or delete sandbox accounts and data at any time, including after 12 months of inactivity.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: use the Site unlawfully or to deceive anyone (for example by presenting sandbox balances, IBANs or cards as real); attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe beyond the scope in section 5, or disrupt the Site; exceed API rate limits or automate abusive traffic; or upload malware.
5. Security research
We welcome security research conducted in good faith. Report findings to the contacts in our security.txt. Do not access other users’ data, run denial of service tests or social engineering, and give us reasonable time to fix issues before disclosure. We will not pursue legal action for research conducted in line with this section.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, the RoyalPay™ and Cash is King™ names and logos and the software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable and nontransferable licence to use the sandbox for evaluation. Open source components are listed on our Licenses & Credits page.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Exchange rates shown are reference rates for information only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct or, where applicable, death or personal injury, or the mandatory rights of consumers under the law of their country of residence.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may change these Terms by publishing a new version with a new date; material changes will be shown in the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules; courts located in New Mexico have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory laws and courts of their country of residence.
